🧵 Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade and often personalized, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If the wrong item was sent due to our error, we will replace or refund it.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Once we review the claim, we will:
Send a replacement at no additional cost (when possible), or
Issue a refund or store credit
Important:
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Incorrect use
Accidents
Shipping delays beyond our control

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or selection made by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you do not see your refund after that time:
First check with your bank or card provider
Then contact us if you still need assistance
📬 Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
✨ Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless:
They arrive damaged, or
There is an error made on our end
