Customers must provide a valid and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Because our items are handmade:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Approved claims may qualify for a refund, store credit, or replacement item.
