Are your items really handmade?

Yes! Everything in our shop is handcrafted by our multi-generational family team — from sewn items to resin pieces, wood crafts, chunky blankets, and more. Each product is made with love, so small variations may occur.

Do you make custom orders?

Absolutely! We love creating personalized pieces.
Simply contact us with your idea, and we’ll let you know pricing, processing time, and availability.


⏱ Processing Times

How long does it take to process orders?

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity — we’ll give you an estimated timeline when you reach out.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship through USPS and UPS.

How long is shipping?

Shipping times depend on your location and carrier, but generally:

USPS Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
(If you want to offer international shipping later, I can update this.)

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major payment methods supported by Shopify, including debit/credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and more.


↩️ Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Because our items are handmade and often customized, all sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you quickly.
We will replace the item or issue a store credit/refund if approved.


📬 Lost or Missing Packages

What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?

Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered before it arrives.
Please allow 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
If still missing, contact us and we’ll help you investigate.

What if the package is lost in transit?

Reach out to us immediately — we’ll assist in locating the package or filing a claim.

How do I request a custom order?

Your idea

Colors/designs desired

Any photos or references

We’ll get back to you with a quote and timeline.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom items are non-returnable unless damaged or an error was made on our end.
